One of the Well known companies in oil and gas sector in Oman looking to hire
Position:Process Trainer
Males only.
Experience:
Min 5 year experience in Oil or Gas field, preferably in a Refinery.
Teaching / Training experience:
Min 3 years.
Language:
Fluent in English.
- Min. Bachelor's degree in chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Process instructor or trainer. for 5-10 years
- 10-15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery.
- Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Prior Experience with in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory.
- Conducted the classroom and on job training as per the program design and structure. This include conducting assessment and examination
- Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare training plan/schedule , training reports, etc
