Tax‑free salary including Housing Allowance: OMR 1500–1875 per month depending on experience.
Flights: annual for employee only.
Good medical insurance including dental and maternity for employee only. Dependents can buy in at reasonable cost.
Children tuition for first 2 at 100%, third negotiable.
End of service gratuity as per Oman Labour Law.
