Job Description
One of the well‑known companies in the oil and gas sector in Oman is looking to hire an Electrical Trainer / Oil & Gas.
Position: Electrical Trainer / Oil & Gas
Contract: 6 months
Languages: Arabic / English
Requirements- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Electrical instructor or trainer for 5‑10 years.
- 10‑15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with competency‑based training delivery.
- Familiarity with competency assurance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Prior experience in the oil & gas or refinery sectors is compulsory.
- Conduct classroom and on‑job training as per the program design and structure, including assessment and examination.
- Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
