Job DescriptionOne of the Well-known Companies in Oile and Gas sector in Oman is looking to hire the following:
Position:
Instrument Trainer / Oil & gas.
Experience:
Min 5 year experience in Oil filed, preferably in a Refinery.
Teaching / Training experience:
Min 3 years
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, instrumentation or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Instrument instructor or trainer. for 5-10 years
- 10-15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery
- Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Prior Experience with in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory
- conducted the classroom and on job training as per the program design and structure. This include conducting assessment and examination
- Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
