• Salary range  OMR - tax free per month
• Accommodation 2 bed fully furnished apartment
• Worldwide medical (not USA) with very small co‑pay
• Annual flights for employee and family (up to 2 children under 18)
• One months salary set aside as a gratuity for every year completed
• Free tuition for up to two children under 18 if educated at the school

• Bachelor's degree must match teaching subject
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE,
  
  B.Ed., QTS or equivalent)
• A minimum of two years' recent teaching experience, ideally within an International Baccalaureate or other international curriculum
• Passion for delivering engaging, inquiry-based learning and fostering student achievement
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, student-centred classroom where every learner can thrive.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse international community
• Strong classroom management and the ability to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities
• A positive, adaptable and reflective approach to teaching, with high expectations for student progress and wellbeing
