Xtraining Academy is seeking an experienced Part-Time Trainer to deliver our executive programme:

We are looking for a passionate professional with proven experience in training senior executives and managers in one or more of the following areas:

Key Expertise

Required:

• Strategic Planning & Performance Management
• Quality Management & ISO 21001
• Institutional Governance & Excellence
• Leadership Development & Change Management
• Digital Transformation & AI Applications in Training
• Financial Sustainability & Business Development for Training Institutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering executive and professional training programmes.
• Strong knowledge of the private training sector.
• Professional qualifications in one or more of the above disciplines.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging, practical, workshop-based learning.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential;
  English proficiency is an advantage.

Engagement Type: Part-Time (Contract Basis)
