Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned to the British Curriculum (or equivalent international curriculum).
Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of all learners and support inclusion.
Monitor, assess and report on student progress regularly.
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and independence.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, parents and the wider community.
Engage in professional development and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
Uphold safeguarding, child-protection and ethical standards in line with school policies.
