We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Librarian to join our Indian community in Muscat. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing our community library and providing access to resources for our members. This includes maintaining the library catalogue, assisting members with finding materials, and organizing events and workshops related to literature and education.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting literacy and learning within the community. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a librarian, preferably in a multicultural setting. Proficiency in English is required, as well as familiarity with Indian literature and culture.
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate. A biometric passport is also required for this role.
