The Role
You will be leading Learning Support across the whole school from Foundation to Year 13 within the UK curriculum.
Requirements
- Appropriate Bachelors degree in a related subject.
- UK PGCE, or other teaching qualification giving UK QTS. Learning Support / SEND qualifications will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualifying relevant experience.
Leadership experience in a similar position will be advantageous. - Familiarity with the UK Cambridge curriculum.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Confident use of ICT to enhance learning.
- Energetic, positive, and solution-focused, with a good sense of humour.
- Willingness to contribute beyond the classroom.
- Previous international experience and/or working with students for whom English is not their first language will be an advantage.
- Clear criminal record.
- Ability to provide relevant references and documents including passport and qualification certificates.
