Project Manager Private Wire; Renewable Energy

Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Act as the Developer’s Representative, serving as the project’s single point of contact for all technical and commercial communications.
• Promote and lead HSE and Quality performance in accordance with the contract and applicable laws and regulations.
• Track project key performance indicators (schedule, cost, quality, scope) and provide inputs/corrective actions to ensure progress is on plan; prepare and follow‑up on local approvals and regulatory obligations.
• Evaluate monthly progress reports, manage project risks and exploit opportunities.
• Prepare monthly reports for Senior Management and the Client based on contractor reports and first‑hand observation of project progress.
• Organise, attend HSE meetings, kick‑off meetings and project status meetings.
• Manage project key findings and criticalities to enable timely execution of the contract.
• Ensure project reporting, KPIs and maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders (Client, Contractors, Authorities).
• Negotiate variation orders as required, managing scope, technical issues and commercial commitments.
• Offer technical and commercial solutions to local contractors performing construction works.
• Supervise commissioning and testing of the plant, then manage operation and maintenance in line with the project plan.
