Job Overview
One of the well‑known companies in the Oil & Gas sector in Oman is looking to hire the following:
PositionMechanical Maintenance Instructor (Male only)
Contract:
6 months
Languages:
Arabic & English
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience as a mechanical instructor or trainer for 5‑10 years.
- 10‑15 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with competency‑based training delivery.
- Familiarity with competency assurance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory.
- Conduct classroom and on‑job training as per program design, including assessment and examination.
- Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare training plans/schedules, training reports, etc.
