Operator/Technician - Utilities (HVAC, Compressed Air, Purified Water Systems)

We are seeking experienced Operator/Technicians to join our team as Utilities Operators. As an Operator/Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining utilities systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), compressed air systems, and purified water systems. Your expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of utility systems will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

• Operate and monitor HVAC, compressed air, and purified water systems, including associated equipment and instruments.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of utilities systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and adjust system parameters for HVAC, compressed air, and purified water systems to maintain desired conditions and meet operational needs.
• Conduct regular testing and analysis of utility systems to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and malfunctions in utilities systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
• Maintain accurate records of system operation, maintenance activities, and performance parameters.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team, production department, and quality control to address any utilities-related issues and ensure uninterrupted supply.

• Minimum 6 years to 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Operator/Technician, specifically in utilities operations.
• Qualifications:
  
  NCVT, ITI, or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
• Strong knowledge and experience in operating HVAC, compressed air, and purified water systems.
• Familiarity with utility system maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for utilities systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to conduct testing and analysis of utility systems using appropriate instruments and techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in utilities systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Gratuity equivalent to one month's salary and one month's salary as vacation salary.

• Duty hours from 7 am to 5 pm or 48 hours per week, with Fridays as a full day off and Saturdays as a half day off.
