Responsibilities
- Review the project plan in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the project scope, milestones, time frames and associated budgets
- Carry out onsite management of assigned projects in line with project plan/budget and address any issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Track, monitor and report on the project progress and spend against plan and project budget controls
- Conduct variance analysis to identify causes of deviation from plan and escalate to Section Head Project Management for timely action
- Maintain oversight of construction related activities for adherence to HSE guidelines
- Check MEP structures for alignment to approved designs/technical specifications to ensure any deviation/change requirements are identified and addressed in a timely manner
- Assist the Section Head Project Management in identifying potential project risks for timely mitigation plans
- Prepare/maintain technical/project documentation in an organised manner for ease of reference and retrieval
- Manage onsite stakeholder engagement and participate in project meetings as required
- Prepare project/technical reports as instructed to keep all parties up to date on the progress
- Bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering or any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- AutoCAD software knowledge and applicability is essential
