This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role located in Muscat. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards. The role involves stormwater management, analyzing project specifications, preparing construction plans, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and project teams. Additionally, the Civil Engineer will ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any challenges.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
• Plan, execute, and supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify discrepancies and resolve technical issues
• Monitor quality of workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project and safety standards
• Prepare progress reports, method statements, and material requests
• Ensure adherence to HSE requirements and company procedures
• Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress against approved baselines
• Manage site resources efficiently to minimize delays and control construction costs
• Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented for any non-conformities
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities, including preparation of as-built drawings and close-out documentation

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and expertise in Civil Engineering concepts
• Experience in Planning and organizing construction projects
• Proven track record of work as a Civil Engineer and managing construction projects
• Experience in Oman or other GCC countries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
