A leading telecommunications operator in Oman is seeking a Network Optimization Engineer responsible for enhancing 5G/LTE/VoLTE/3G/2G network performance. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in radio network optimization and a strong understanding of GSM, LTE, and 5G principles. Responsibilities include optimizing network KPIs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with experience in Ericson and Huawei tools are preferred, along with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
