- To develop, maintain and update all project planning and scheduling-related issues including CPM scheduling, work programs, cash flow analyses, design staff resource planning, timesheets and timesheet reporting.
- Develop and update Project Budgets to monitor project changes and variations (reported by CFO),
- Develop and update Resource Planning Schedule to monitor current project resource requirements as it relates to design staff and forecast future requirements.
- Administer and update Projects Database which includes collecting relevant project information from the various disciplines.
- Review and comment on Contractor's Construction Schedule when and as necessary.
- Provide feedback of project costs and productivity to theVP Development and Commercial Departments to consider for prospective new work.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) OR Bachelor of Arts (Architecture) AND Expert Computer Skills is a must.
- B. Eng (Construction Management & IT).
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Scheduler preferably in construction. In addition, good understanding of the engineering design process and minimum of 2 years in database programming
