Senior Blade Process Engineer/Officer

The Process Officer is responsible for all the factory activities related to product and process design, technical documentation, and equipment maintenance. Possesses a deep knowledge of composite manufacturing, good knowledge of blade design, and mechanical and electrical engineering skills. Leads the Process Engineering department, coordinates all activities with the Technical Partner, and owns the Process Instructions, Equipment List, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
Key Responsibilities as (PO) Process Officer- Ensure all processes, materials, and products meet OEM specifications and certifier requirements
- Define and document manufacturing procedures
- Develop detailed SOPs and process flow diagrams for each production step
- Diploma - Mechanical Engineer
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in wind turbine blades
- Demonstrated experience in setting up or optimizing a blades manufacturing line
- Strong communication, training, and cross‑functional leadership skills
- Fluency in the English language is a plus
- Located in Oman with occasional travel to OEM facilities or certifier sites
