Lead DCC

12 months (renewable)

• Manage the document control process, controlling all document interfaces with EPSCC contractors.
• Responsible for the timely distribution of all engineering review documentation received.
• Report directly to the Project Control Manager.
• Provide guidance on Document Control processes and procedures for all Project Team members at their location, including the access rights to the Project SharePoint.
• Responsible for the control management of all project correspondence ensuring due records.
• Liaise with project and engineering departments to develop effective procedures for document distribution through EDMS.
• Assist in the processes for review, approval and distribution of information at project level.
• Assist and support the Project Control Manager, in system development when required
• Engage in discussions with key project stakeholders on document control requirements as required
• Input to the continuous improvement of Project EDMS to securely store, retrieve and view information for Project team.
• Assign confidentiality levels and govern access and viewing rights for Project EDMS as approved by the Project Control Manager.
• Develop an adequate storage for retaining hard copies as required.
• Provide training and guidance to Project personnel in location (Muscat and Sohar, Sultanate of Oman).
• Take the lead in developing Final Project Documentation dossiers in conjunction with contractors and other departments and managing all archiving processes as and when appropriate.
