Are you a seasoned commissioning professional with experience in onshore and offshore oil & gas? We are looking for a Commissioning Process/Piping Supervisor to join the Ruya RP Project in Sohar, Oman. This is a critical role supporting the North Oil Company (NOC) in ensuring system completion and operational readiness.
The Details:- Project: Ruya RP Project (Onshore residential project by NOC).
- Location: Sohar, Oman.
- Duration: April 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027.
- Rate: USD 632/day (All-inclusive, based on a 21-day work month).
- Logistics: Visa provided by Client. Tickets, accommodation, and food are to be borne by the employee.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise EPC Contractor activities and PVV (Piping, Vessels, Valves) pre-commissioning/commissioning tasks.
- Witness and verify system completion activities, including punch list management and approval.
- Coordinate resources, expedite handover dossiers, and attend walk-downs.
- Utilize OPERCOM® Methodology and ICAPS© software to track progress.
- Oversee Hydrotests, Piping alignment, and Leak Test execution.
- Education: HND in Science or equivalent Engineering degree.
- Experience: 10+ years in Oil & Gas with at least 3 years in a Commissioning Supervisor role.
- Technical: Expert knowledge of NOC Standards (Total General Specifications), OPERCOM, and ICAPS.
- Safety: H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings are mandatory.
