Senior Pipeline Designer - FEED​/Detail; PDMS​/ACAD

Wood is recruiting an Omani Senior Pipeline Designer to join our team in Oman. The role focuses on delivering across FEED and Detail design scopes of work.

• Develop pipeline design drawings and documents.
• Work closely with Pipeline Engineers / designers and other discipline engineers in the delivery of project engineering/construction deliverables, quality control drawings and overall project support.
• Implement hand‑marked changes to drawings.
• Maintain standard drawing templates.
• Follow/ensure Quality Management System Requirements are met in line with ISO 9001‑2015 and API Q2 2nd edition requirements.
• Provide quality assurance reviews and detailed checking support.
• Monitor drawing development progress.
• Meet project commitments and deliver to schedule.
• Identify & implement process improvement to reduce cycle time & cost.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years experience in Oil & Gas Piping Design with 3 years experience in ACAD / 3D PDMS Design system.
• Minimum 5 years in Front End Engineering Design (FEED) / Engineering Experience.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
