Product Designer – Mechanical & Manufacturing

Aphcarios Engineering Solutions is an advanced engineering and product development company focused on R&D, manufacturing, and real-world engineering solutions.

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Product Designer – Mechanical & Manufacturing to join our growing engineering team.

The role focuses on developing real, manufacturable products from concept to production, with direct involvement in mechanical design, prototyping, fabrication, testing, and manufacturing preparation.

• Design 3D models, assemblies, and technical drawings using Fusion 360.
• Develop practical and manufacturable mechanical and sheet metal designs.
• Prepare manufacturing files for CNC machining, laser cutting, bending, and 3D printing.
• Design brackets, enclosures, mounts, and mechanical systems.
• Support prototyping, fabrication, testing, and product improvement.
• Coordinate with workshop and fabrication teams during production.
• Prepare BOMs and technical documentation.
• Support quality control and prototype validation processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 (mandatory).
• Experience in sheet metal and mechanical system design.
• Strong understanding of load distribution and real-world mechanical behavior.
• Hands‑on experience with CNC machining, laser cutting, and 3D printing.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Experience working with motors, actuators, valves, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to design for manufacturability, durability, and cost efficiency.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and practical engineering mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design, product development, or manufacturing.
