Responsibilities
- Create detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing MEP drawings using CAD software to support project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness for construction teams.
- Conduct site visits for field measurements and inspections to verify that the installation aligns with the design intent.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred for a comprehensive understanding of MEP systems.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP drafting within the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software is essential.
- Certification in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or equivalent is highly regarded.
