We are currently looking for a Junior Process Engineer, Mechanical to join our Production team in Muscat, Oman. This role contributes to the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing, packing, and warehousing operations.
Your MissionWorking closely with the Process Manager, the Junior Process Engineer supports engineering activities across production facilities, helping to optimize processes, maintain equipment performance, and drive operational improvements. The role also assists with new equipment installations, preventive maintenance, and technical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Your Impact- Ensure the functionality and optimal performance of production lines and machinery.
- Ensure the availability of essential spare parts for all equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment and machinery.
- Research and implement cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with leading engineering companies.
- Coordinate installations and qualifications of new equipment.
- Develop long‑term relations with key equipment suppliers.
- Drive improvements in production efficiency by optimizing production flow.
- Provide training and technical leadership to personnel on equipment.

Your Expertise- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with industrial machinery, equipment, and maintenance tools.
- Ability to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Basic understanding of electrical diagrams, wiring connections, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and processes, familiarity with CAD software and knowledge of lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
