We are seeking an experienced Mining Engineer responsible for overseeing on‑site quarry development and mining‑related works, ensuring effective coordination between mining operations, crushing systems, and civil construction. This role focuses on supervising contractors, maintaining compliance with design and HSE standards, and supporting commissioning activities to deliver safe, efficient, and on‑schedule project execution.

• Oversee quarry development works
• Supervise installation of crushing systems (primary & secondary crushers, feeders
• Ensure alignment between mine output, crusher capacity, and conveyor systems
• Coordinate interfaces between mine, crushing systems, civil construction and conveyors
• Monitor contractor performance and productivity
• Verify compliance with approved designs, method statements, and HSE standards
• Support pre‑commissioning and commissioning (material availability, test runs)
• Participate in inspections, progress meetings, and risk reviews
• Commissioning of crushers
• All other activities, which are associated with those responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years' experience in quarry/mining operations
• Experience in limestone or gypsum quarries preferred
• Experience in PMC role preferred
