Project Engineer; Fresh Graduate, Omani National; Register

We are looking for a talented and motivated Omani fresh graduate to join our engineering team as a Project Engineer. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for engineering, strong analytical skills, and a desire to grow into a project leadership role. You will receive structured mentorship and hands‑on exposure to real‑world projects.

• Assist senior project engineers and project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing engineering activities.
• Support the preparation of project documentation including method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data (progress, costs, resource usage) and assist in generating daily/weekly reports.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and technical meetings to understand construction/engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Identify potential technical problems and propose practical solutions under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and industry standards (ISO, OSHA, local regulations).
• Maintain project files, drawings, and correspondence using document control systems.
• Engage in continuous learning through training programs and on-the-job coaching.

• Nationality:
  Omani (mandatory).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial) from an accredited university.
• GPA:
  Minimum 2.8/4.0 or equivalent preferred.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Basic understanding of AutoCAD, MS Project (or equivalent), and MS Office Suite.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong problem-solving, teamwork, written and verbal communication (Arabic and English).
• Attributes:
  Eager to learn, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

Training & Development: 6‑month structured onboarding program with mentorship; sponsorship for EIT, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

KPIs:
Accuracy and timeliness of reports (100%), number of technical solutions proposed, safety and quality compliance (zero incidents).

Reporting Line:
Reports to Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager.

Working Conditions:

Mix of office and project site environments; PPE provided.
