Halliburton in Muscat, Oman, is seeking an experienced Well Engineer to lead well proposals and the Basis of Design, and to develop Operation Plans and Programs while ensuring technical integrity of all planning and execution activities.
You will supervise day-to-day operations, create Approval for Expenditure (AFE) and monitor costs, participate in risk assessments, forecast needs, identify long lead items, and prepare End‑of‑Well reports to contribute to knowledge management.
