, you’ll oversee building and system maintenance and repairs while delivering memorable experiences that delight guests.

• Support the Director of Engineering in leading, developing, and motivating the Engineering team through supervision, coaching, and performance support.
• Assist in delivering technical, compliance, and leadership development across the Engineering function and reinforce a safety‑first culture with Hilton standards and all regulatory obligations.
• Support reliable building performance to ensure a high‑quality guest experience, act as an escalation point for complex engineering issues, and coordinate delivery with Operations and Commercial teams.
• Assist in preparing annual engineering budgets and capital expenditure plans, including technical input and ROI support.
• Support the execution of preventive maintenance, asset protection, and room care programmes to maximize asset lifecycle and minimize risk.
• Monitor building systems, utilities, and plant performance, escalating trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support Hilton sustainability, ESG, and energy‑reduction initiatives through effective engineering practices and operational controls.
• Assist in building strong relationships with owners, contractors, authorities, and regional engineering teams.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, integrity, and corporate responsibility within the Engineering function and wider hotel community.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

• Recognized degree in a mechanical, electrical, or building services discipline, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in senior engineering or Cluster Chief Engineer/assistant director‑level roles, with hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain required local licenses; CPR/First Aid preferred.
