Proposal Engineer, Sales Engineer

• Communicate with clients to understand their technical requirements
• Prepare proposals for Sewage Treatment Plants (FB  / M  / SAFF), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Greywater Treatment Systems, TSE Polishing Plants, RO and Filtration Systems, and Desalination Plants
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather project information and define solutions
• Review and analyse tender documents to ensure technical compliance
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver accurate and cost-effective proposals
• Develop budgetary quotations based on client requirements
• Estimate costs and perform detailed financial analysis
• Interpret client specifications, offering compliant and technically sound alternatives
• Ensure proposal pricing aligns with company strategy and engineering capacity
• Provide internal technical support when required

• Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering degree
• Strong knowledge of STP, ETP, RO, and desalination technologies
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Experience in proposal writing, tender review, and cost estimation
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines
