About Job
Responsible for planning, work preparation, sequencing, and progress tracking to support efficient turnaround execution.
LocationBoth Coastal (Muscat) and Site (Interior) basis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the Contractor’s turnaround execution plan.
- Provide accurate durations and resource requirements for overall Turnaround activities by ensuring resource levelling.
- Prepare L4 Schedule in Primavera P6 and ensure activities are logically sequenced and aligned with Company integrated plan.
- Prepare look-ahead plans.
- Track physical progress against plan, highlight concerns and update schedules.
- Support re-sequencing and recovery planning.
- Interface with Company planning and scheduling teams.
- Attend regular meetings with Company Turnaround team for planning and scheduling.
Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Eng.) (preferably in Mechanical) and membership of internationally accepted applicable professional Institute.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office tools.
ExperienceMinimum 12-15 years of experience in oil & gas maintenance, Turnaround and Shutdown planning, scheduling and management in an oil & gas company or large contracting organization.
