COMPANY in Muscat, Oman is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer – Studies & Delivery to lead coordination of FEL lifecycle studies, manage study work streams from Scoping through FEED, and ensure quality, schedule, and governance across all phases.
Reporting to the Technical Studies Lead, you will interface with consultants, own study deliverables, review technical outputs, and drive cost, schedule, and risk management across multi-discipline inputs to support gate reviews.
