MEP Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Manage all post-tender commercial activities for MEP projects
• Review contract documents BOQs drawings and specifications
• Prepare and evaluate subcontract agreements and work orders
• Measure and certify subcontractor progress payments
• Prepare and submit variation orders VOs extension of time EOT cost claims and additional work valuations
• Monitor project costs budgets commitments and cash flow
• Maintain records of purchase orders work orders and cost reports
• Coordinate with project managers site engineers procurement and finance teams
• Prepare monthly cost reports forecasts and commercial updates
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations
• Prepare and finalize project accounts and commercial close-out documentation
• Attend commercial meetings with clients consultants and subcontractors as required

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, preferably in post-tender/project execution.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
