- Manage and monitor project cost control activities at site in line with approved budgets schedules and contractual requirements
- Monitor project expenditure commitments accruals and cash flow against approved budgets
- Prepare and maintain periodic cost reports dashboards and management summaries
- Prepare and update project budgets cost forecasts EAC and ETC
- Monitor cost performance identify variances and provide early warnings of potential cost overruns
- Coordinate with Planning Construction Procurement Contracts Finance and Project Controls teams
- Monitor project variations scope changes and their cost impacts
- Support evaluation of change requests claims and variations
- Maintain accurate records of commitments invoices accruals and project expenditures
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports and support project management meetings
- Support cost risk assessments project audits and continuous improvement initiatives
