Key Responsibilities- Supervise mechanical and electromechanical maintenance activities across project facilities
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Supervise maintenance of pumps compressors valves blowers conveyors gearboxes and piping systems
- Carry out and supervise pump alignment mechanical seal and bearing replacement priming troubleshooting and equipment overhauling
- Supervise maintenance of plumbing water treatment drainage irrigation kitchen and laundry equipment
- Diagnose breakdowns identify root causes and coordinate timely repairs
- Monitor predictive maintenance activities including vibration analysis thermal imaging and bearing temperature measurement
- Manage maintenance tools spares consumables and equipment records
- Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians and ensure efficient work execution
- Ensure compliance with LOTO safety procedures and HSE requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance projects Strong experience in mechanical electromechanical maintenance Hands-on experience with pumps compressors valves blowers conveyors gearboxes and piping systems Good knowledge of pump alignment mechanical seals bearings priming cavitation and equipment overhauling Experience in plumbing water treatment drainage irrigation kitchen and laundry equipment Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance troubleshooting and root cause analysis Experience supervising and coordinating a team of technicians Good knowledge of LOTO and HSE requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance projects.
Strong experience in mechanical/electromechanical maintenance.
Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, valves, blowers, conveyors, gearboxes and piping systems.
Good knowledge of pump alignment, mechanical seals, bearings, priming, cavitation and equipment overhauling.
Experience in plumbing, water treatment, drainage, irrigation, kitchen and laundry equipment.
Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Experience supervising and coordinating a team of technicians.
Good knowledge of LOTO and HSE requirements.
