Project Sales Executive

We are looking for a Project Sales Executive with a strong technical and project background to develop new business opportunities and expand our project portfolio.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the MEP, electrical, construction, contracting, or project engineering sector, preferably as a Project Engineer, Electrical Engineer, MEP Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or Project Sales Engineer.

The role requires a proactive individual who can identify new projects, build relationships with consultants and contractors, understand technical project requirements, and convert opportunities into successful sales.

• - Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the MEP, electrical, construction, and related sectors.
• - Develop new business with consultants, contractors, developers, architects, and other key decision makers.
• - Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• - Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.
• - Present and promote suitable products and technical solutions to clients and project teams.
• - Prepare and coordinate quotations, technical submittals, compliance statements, and project proposals.
• - Coordinate with design, technical, estimation, and operations teams to meet project requirements.
• - Follow up actively on quotations, tenders, approvals, samples, and ongoing projects until order closure.
• - Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups.
• - Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company policies.
• - Maintain an accurate project pipeline and update all activities in the CRM system.
• - Prepare sales forecasts, project status reports, and weekly/monthly activity reports.
• - Monitor upcoming projects, competitor activities, and market developments.
• - Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• - Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

• - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related technical field.
• - Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEP, electrical, construction, contracting, or project-based industries.
• - Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Electrical Engineer, MEP Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or Project Sales Executive is highly preferred.
• - Good understanding of project drawings, BOQs, specifications, technical submittals, and tendering processes.
• - Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, and project decision makers.
• - Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• - Ability to identify new opportunities and independently follow projects from initial lead to order closure.
• - Good knowledge of CRM systems and project pipeline management.
• - Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and technical documents.
• - Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven.
• - Fluent in English;
  Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• - Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
