Role responsibilities
Review and optimize electrical-system designs for upstream and midstream facilities, including wellheads, separators, multiphase pumps, gas treatment and compression. Install and test electrical systems; support artificial-lift systems, drilling, well construction, cementing, acidizing, start-up and shutdown. Review P&IDs/PFDs, electrical load lists, single-line diagrams and power studies. Support digital asset optimization, reliability, RCA and preventive/predictive maintenance, and ensure compliance with HSE and IEC/IEEE/NEC/ATEX/IECEx standards.
- Strong knowledge of upstream operations and oil-and-gas electrical systems.
- Experience with surface facilities, production systems and midstream processes.
- Familiarity with P&IDs, PFDs and process simulation models.
- Experience in asset integrity, interfaces and reliability engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HSE practices, standards and compliance.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
