Mep Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor with 5-8 years of expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

• Supervise day-to-day MEP works on construction sites.
• Ensure installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager/MEP Engineer.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily logs, material usage, and work progress.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

• ITI or Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience supervising MEP works in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and local building codes.

• Fluency in English & Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Experience in high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient systems.
