As Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering function, ensuring that all technical deliverables are completed to the highest quality standards while meeting project schedules and business objectives. You will provide technical leadership, manage resources, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

• Approve engineering drawings, calculations, material requisitions (MRs), and technical documentation.
• Review engineering design inputs and outputs.
• Assign tasks and allocate resources within the engineering department.
• Approve design changes and technical solutions.
• Stop work or elevate issues where non compliance or safety risks are identified.
• Approve engineering tools, software, and methodologies.
• Participate in supplier technical evaluations and approval processes.
• Ensure engineering deliverables are accurate, compliant, and completed on schedule.
