Aboutthe Role
We're looking for an Event Operations Specialist to take ownership of the full operational execution of our client events — from planning through live delivery. This is a senior, high-accountability role: you'll lead on-site teams, manage vendor and client relationships directly, and be the operational backbone connecting our creative, technical, and commercial functions. You'll be trusted to make real-time decisions under pressure and to run multiple concurrent events with minimal oversight.
WhatYou'll Do
- Own end-to-end event logistics and operational planning, from pre-event setup through live execution and post-event wrap-up
- Lead on-site deployment of White Wall hardware and interactive systems (registration, check-in, engagement kiosks, displays)
- Act as primary operational point of contact for clients and vendors on event day
- Supervise and direct setup/breakdown crews, resolving on-site issues in real time
- Coordinate closely with Technical, Creative, and Commercial teams to ensure flawless delivery
- Manage inventory, equipment readiness, and hardware fleet allocation across multiple events
- Maintain event documentation, post-event reports, and operational SOPs
- Manage and Mentor junior operations staff and contribute to improving internal event processes
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in event operations, event management, or production (mandatory — candidates without direct event operations experience will not be considered)
- Must currently be based in Muscat, Oman and hold a valid Oman driving license
- Proven ability to lead on-site teams and manage multiple concurrent events independently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills under time pressure
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Good English required;
Arabic is a strong plus - Willingness to work to work in dynamic environment and hours subject to events.
