The Digital Content Entertainment Senior Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and growing Vodafone Oman’s digital content and entertainment portfolio, creating compelling propositions that enrich customers’ digital lifestyles while generating sustainable revenue beyond traditional connectivity services.

The role manages the end-to-end lifecycle of digital content and entertainment services, from identifying market opportunities and customer needs through partner selection, commercial negotiation, proposition development, launch, performance management, and continuous optimization. This includes building strategic partnerships with leading local, regional, and global content providers and digital platforms across areas such as video and music streaming, gaming, sports, lifestyle, and other emerging digital entertainment services.

Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Technology, Digital, Finance, Legal, and external partners, the role will drive customer adoption, engagement, retention, revenue growth, and differentiation through innovative propositions, bundles, and experiences.

• Manage Vodafone Oman’s portfolio of digital content, entertainment, and value-added services.
• Identify new services and propositions aligned with customer needs, market trends, and Vodafone Oman’s commercial strategy.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept and business case through development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Regularly assess portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve commercial results.

• Identify and evaluate potential local, regional, and international digital content partners.
• Support commercial negotiations and development of partnership models that create value for Vodafone Oman and its customers.
• Build strong working relationships with content providers, aggregators, technology platforms, and other ecosystem partners.
• Monitor partner performance against agreed commercial and operational commitments.
• Identify opportunities to expand successful partnerships into new propositions and customer segments

• Develop differentiated digital entertainment propositions, bundles, promotions, and subscription models.
• Work with relevant teams to integrate digital content into mobile, fixed broadband, and other Vodafone propositions for both B2C and B2B segments.
• Monitor global and regional digital trends to identify emerging opportunities in streaming, gaming, sports, digital lifestyle services, and new forms of entertainment.
• Translate customer insights and market trends into commercially viable propositions.
• Identify and establish relationships with banks, financial institutions, and payment agencies to explore opportunities for Vodafone Oman's presence in their payment ecosystems

• Develop business cases, revenue forecasts, pricing recommendations, and commercial assessments for new initiatives.
• Monitor revenue, subscriptions, activations, usage, engagement, churn, and profitability.
