About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, fast-paced, and disciplined Game Designer Assistant to join our team in West Tehran.

A heavy resume is NOT our priority. What matters most to us is your genuine passion for video games, mental sharpness, and speed. In this role, you will work directly alongside a design mentor who will guide you on higher-level concepts.

Your main focus will be the execution side—turning ideas into numbers, Excel tables, dashboard entries, documentation and asset configurations.

You will support multiple Free-to-Play (F2P) mobile projects, including active live games and new titles in development.

We need a videogame lover with following abilities and requirements:

• English: Able to read and understand technical text, specifications, and documentation easily.
• Discrete Mathematics: Basic grasp of logic, structured math, and numerical thinking.
• Precision: High attention to detail when executing routine data entries, numerical series, and asset configurations without errors.
• Agility & Sharpness: Fast execution, quick to catch details, learn on the fly, and stay on top of tasks with a proactive work ethic. We value speed and avoid slowness.
• Discipline & Punctuality: Highly reliable, structured in your work, and consistently reaching the office on time.

Note:

No software or tool experience required. We will teach you everything you need to know on the job—though if you already know some tools, that's a plus!)

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Numerical Entry: Generate series of numbers, set up Excel tables, create graphs, and handle game data.
• Dashboard Management: Implement and configure game assets and parameters using our internal dashboards.
• Mockups & Visuals: Draw initial design layouts and simple workflow mockups.
• Scheduled Live Updates: Maintain update schedules by entering game inputs accurately and on time.

Work Schedule & Location

• Location: On-site in West Tehran (Thursdays are Remote).
• Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
