Manager – Equity Group

Overview

Lead the writing and development of both the initial pitch material and descriptive transaction documents such as memoranda, financial models etc and is expected to actively participate in due diligence meetings. Responsible for the integrity of the valuation analyses and transaction models developed in concert with the Client and third party reports. Analyse financial, economic, regulatory and strategic factors of each transaction and develop sector specific knowledge quickly.

Adept at preparing business proposals, financial analysis, developing and structuring deals, preparing offer documents, working/developing financial models, client presentations, communication with clients, regulators and investors.

• MBA/Chartered Financial Analyst or Equivalent Qualifications
• Experience of around 2-3 years in a core advisory function with an investment bank or equity research house.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent financial modeling and financial analysis skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a competitive environment
• Initiative and ability to generate ideas and carry the same forward
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  Excellent report writing skills
• Documentation experience i.e. advisory reports, prospectus, information memorandum, drafting presentations etc. is essential.
• Ability to think through unstructured environments.
