Key Tasks and Duties
- Assist in the business development activities
- Expand client relationships, meet corporates and institutions on regular basis
- Preparation of:
- mandate proposals
- presentation packs
- prospectus
- information memorandum
- private placement memorandum
- Detailed review of Annual reports and periodic financial reports of companies
- Financial analysis and preparation of reports
- Research of economy, companies and sectors and preparation of reports
- Learn to develop financial modeling and forecasting in a fast pace
- Learn equity valuation methodologies
- Learn capital market and instruments
- Assist in business development and new deal origination
- Assist in approaching investors to raise money for IPOs, Private Equity, bond/ sukuk issues
- Assist team members in various work streams
- Assisting in internal audit and compliance matters
- Assist in custody and administration (business side) matters
- Review of Arabic Prospectus, and other documents as relevant for the business unit
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the investment banking field, gained within a well-established commercial bank, investment bank or reputable financial institution.
