• Register supplier invoices and manage account reconciliations.
• Prepare payments and follow up on open purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Book timesheets for workshop repair jobs.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage inter-company accounts.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules and registers.
• Prepare and support WHT, VAT, and income tax returns.
• Assist with annual tax assessments and external audits.
• Participate in budgeting processes and perform day-to-day banking functions.
• Ensure compliance with Everllence Quality System and Code of Conduct.

• Graduation in Accounting/Finance; part-qualified CPA/ACCA/CMA/CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
• ERP knowledge (SAP B1 preferred).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively in a team.
