Role Purpose
Act as the primary finance partner across business units and translate financial data into actionable business insights through providing advanced technical expertise in capital expenditure management, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources through sophisticated financial analysis and modeling. To serve as a key technical advisor in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting complex ROI assessments, and implementing robust monitoring systems for CAPEX projects.

- Minimum role requirements:
- Qualification:
Bachelor in relevant field - Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience
- Prepare and monitor annual CAPEX budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to financial governance and regulatory requirements in CAPEX management
- Monitor and control capital expenditure to prevent cost overruns
- Maintain detailed documentation of CAPEX processes and decisions
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for capital investment proposals considering technical specification
- Develop accurate CAPEX forecasts and cash flow projections
- Track and analyze CAPEX performance metrics and investment returns
- Identify and implement improvements in CAPEX management processes and propose automations
- Prepare and present comprehensive CAPEX reports to top management
- Perform comprehensive risk analysis for capital investments and develop mitigation strategies
