The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning, funding strategy, investment analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role focuses on capital structure optimization, financial modeling, valuation, and execution of financing and investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities- 1. Financial Planning & Analysis Develop long-term financial models and business forecasts. Support budgeting and strategic planning processes. Analyze financial performance and identify improvement areas.
- 2. Investment & Project Evaluation Conduct feasibility studies and financial due diligence. Perform valuation analysis (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions). Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and investment opportunities.
- 3. Funding & Capital Structure Develop and implement funding strategies (debt and equity). Prepare financial documentation for banks and investors. Support negotiations with financial institutions. Monitor compliance with loan covenants.
- 4. M&A and Corporate Transactions Support mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring activities. Coordinate due diligence processes with advisors. Assist in transaction structuring and execution.
- 5. Financial Risk Management Assess financial risks (liquidity, FX, interest rate exposure). Recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- 6. Reporting & Stakeholder Management Prepare presentations and financial reports for senior management and Board. Support investor relations activities where applicable. Liaise with auditors, advisors, and banks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Experience with funding transactions and financial structuring.
- Professional certification (CFA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
