Relationship Manager

• To assist Head
  - Government Banking in building/ developing strong banking relationships / account management of Ministries & other Government/ Quasi Government Institutions & Pension Funds accounts in accordance with the bank strategy & goals.
• Assist Head-GB in management of the Ministries, other Government/ Quasi Government Institutions & Pension Funds accounts.
• Explore potential new business opportunities, specifically mobilizing of new low cost deposits, new client’s accounts and achieving the allocated targets.
• Manages portfolio of existing Ministries, other Government/ Quasi Government Institutions & Pension Funds accounts.
• Liaise with branch managers to ensure successful management of all accounts of Ministries, other Government/ Quasi Government Institutions & Pension Funds.
• Provide specialized financial services to the Ministries and specialized schemes for Government Employees in Coordination with Wholesale and Retail Banking and liaise with Treasury related to Forex, special interest rates etc.
• Liaise with Head
  - Government Banking and Head office Departments in order to identify opportunities in terms of cross selling other product/ services provided by the bank.
• Maintain/ enhance account relationship with Government Ministers and Departments and ensure branches provide the required services.
• Perform regular visits to ministries and other Government/ Quasi Government Institutions to review suggestions, remedial action for complaints if any.
• Maintain / update database for all Ministries & other Government/ Quasi Government Institutions & Pension Funds accounts.
• Acting as a primary contact point between the Bank and the Government/ Quasi Government Institutions.

• Diploma Certificate with a minimum of 8 years of banking experience in related field.
• Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 4 years of banking experience in related field.
