We are looking for a Financial Executive: a senior professional responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial operations, planning and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop budgets and forecasts, and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Feasibility Studies: Prepare feasibility studies for new projects and investments.
- Financial Management: Oversee cash flow, investments and financial performance, and manage capital allocation so resources are used effectively.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with executives to create and implement financial strategies, and evaluate business opportunities, mergers and acquisitions.
- Compliance &
Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks. - Leadership & Team Oversight: Manage finance teams such as accountants, controllers and analysts, and report financial insights to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.
