Muscat – Sultanate of Oman

Bachelor's degree in any of the relevant disciplines (management, finance, accounting, or economics).

No prior experience is required (the opportunity is open to new graduates
).

Providing integrated banking services within the branch and overseeing the sale of new banking products and services to customers.

Achieving monthly sales targets for banking products such as current and savings accounts, credit cards, and personal finance services.

Updating customer data accurately and completing all transactions in accordance with the bank's policies and approved work procedures.

Strengthening relationships with existing customers and attracting new customers through direct calls and follow-up visits.

Promoting the bank's electronic services such as registration for digital services, credit cards, and investment programs.

Contributing to supporting the bank's efforts in debt collection and restructuring defaulting clients.

Performing the duties of a teller when needed to maintain an outstanding level of service.

Good knowledge of banking products and services and internal operating policies.

Strong communication skills and the ability to deal tactfully with customers.

A clear focus on achieving sales and marketing goals.

Proficiency in using banking systems and computer programs.
