• Manage accounts receivable credit control and collections
• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances
• Conduct regular collection follow-ups and payment negotiations
• Maintain accurate customer and collection records
• Prepare collection reports and analysis for management
• Ensure proper financial controls documentation and compliance
• Support improvements in finance and collection processes
• Monitor collection targets and improve efficiency and productivity
• Handle customer queries and maintain professional relationships
• Ensure compliance with local financial and consumer regulations

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong Arabic / English communication skills. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Experience in handling customer accounts and payment follow-ups. Good knowledge of accounts receivable and credit collection procedures. Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports. Strong follow-up, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel is an advantage.
