Profession Barber City Muscat Oman We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber to join our team at our salon in Muscat As an entry-level position no prior experience or English language skills are required - we welcome freshers and Malayalees looking to start their career in the barbering industry Our ideal candidate is someone with a natural flair for cutting styling and grooming hair who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Listen to clients needs and preferences to determine their desired hairstyle
- Cut trim and shape hair using clippers scissors razors or other tools
- Shave and trim beards and mustaches
- Wash and style hair using appropriate products and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools according to health and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Build a loyal client base through excellent service and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience necessary training will be provided on the job
- Fluent in Malayalam ability to communicate in English is a plus
- Knowledge of different cutting techniques for mens hairstyles eg fades undercuts
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen to clients needs
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary Starting salary of 1800$ per month with potential for growth as skills improve
